Working out so hard in this 90-day boot camp is really motivating me to watch my calories closely. I am working so hard, I don't want to "waste it" or "ruin it" by eating over my RDI. I have also started aiming for 1600 calories per day and getting closer to it most days than I do to 1800. I am easily burning 2800 to 3200 calories per day, so even if I hit 1800 calories per day, I am still burning 1000 to 1200 and the weight is coming off again! Still in the 200s, but 100s here I come!!!!!
98.3 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
