Well, it's not like I'm surprised... I'll have to do better this coming week. It's hard to motivate myself because I'm feeling so tired for this week I've come up with some mini goals to focus on:
1. Spend a few minutes each morning motivating myself. 2. Hydrate. 3. Sleep 8 or more hours a night. 4. Stay away from the cookie dough ice cream! Period.
We'll see what happens.
