Lost 2 pounds in 1 week. I guess that's healthy? I'm trying to stay motivated. I'm use to losing weight faster eating less. The good thing is I still have the muscle i started with so 2 pounds must be all fat! I feel it in my belly. Total plus!!
69.1 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
