Well, what goes down goes up again? Hmm, it was fun, now I think it’s time to evaluate what is necessary for a good time. I was at a fabulous yoga retreat for three days, stayed on Keto and was proud of myself! Then I went to NYC to party with old friends. I started strong, but it was serious pier pressure and I succumbed. Of note- my friend lost 45#!! Her son is getting married this summer. She is looking good, yahoo for her. We aren’t goi g to the wedding;( The next event was my daughter leaving for two months to walk the Camino.again I could have been strong, but I wasn’t. Today, back on the bus headed for the 100’s,! I’m within reach by the end of summer, the latest. I got this, I’m sure. The next challenge is the end of June— bread baking class for a week. That will be a challenge. I must be strong. It included sour dough,artisan, empanadas, and rye. My husband loves bread.... July also has an excursion. I think I will try to miss most of it, I’m not sure. How do all of you stay in the zone when faced with socialization?
