7 day vacation at Disney world and I gained 7lbs 😳😂. Mostly water weight throughout my body. I ate so much and drank around the world twice lol. Plus I only worked out one day and it was mostly cloudy with storms so not much sweating this trip. Time to shred again
82.6 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
