1st day on Katy Hearin's program! Legs were so shaky! Excited to see how my body will transform! Also lowered my carb intake so I can drop 14 pounds!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
