I really should have measured. I seem to be stuck at this weight which would be okay if I knew I was losing inches. Maybe I'm being greedy wanting to lose any faster.
92.2 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 28.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
