Have one very bad night. I was in carbo shock after more than 24 cookies. I feel very sick. Awful pain in my stomach, my heart rate was very fast all night. I couldn't sleep well. I punish my self with food not reward myself :(

Wow a cookie monster.....ok I find if i write down what i'm craving and if i still want it i eat it, then leave it behind me and start over again. good luck to you maintenance is harder than dieting..
