I thought I put my NOV 4th weight in, 208...guess I forgot to press SAVE...but weight loss has slowed...2lbs a week 8-( (mom's birthday came and went but the stress caused me gastric issues... found out later it was lap band issues as well)
92.5 kg Lost so far: 42.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
