11000 steps on my Fitbit 3000 calories burnt
app says 2700 calories a day to maintain my weight so cutting by 500
cut out bread for my pack up replaced with a salad bowl and some fruit.
watching calories in main meal but gave up on low calorie stuff.
lost 39lbs since Xmas.
I think its all about a strong mind, stop snacks inbetween meals and walking and some exercise.
don't follow what anyone else does, do your thing and stick to it.
