Just booked our vacation, and I need to be beach ready!!! The plan is to hit the gym everyday; yesterday was a 5k run, today will be elliptical and bike and some weights, and so on. I have lots planned this summer, including a 300k bike trip from Montreal to Quebec City in less than two weeks. I need to get cracking!!!
