Today I thought for sure that I would have lost more but alas TOM came for a visit and I haven't but the good news is I didn't gain any!!!! YAH me. I was bad yesterday for Mother's Day I had a "real" piece of cheese cake! It tasted wonderful and I was so full after I thought I was going to explode! I hope that everyone had a fantastic Mother's Day.

83.6 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg. Still to go: 5.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am glad I didn't see any cheesecake I might have eaten the whole cake.

I love cheesecake. I am going to try a recipe someone had posted on here a few weeks ago for my birthday Friday. However good it is I know it won't be as good as the real thing. Yum!!!
