gaess, aku tb 160, kata orang sih udah kurus, tp ko dulu waktu blm gendut bb 55 ko keliatan berisi gitu ya..target aku di 53, tp baru 58 badan udah tipis aja nih, tinggal lemak perut aja masih tebel, dihajar kardio terus takut aset habis, kayak triplex..hmm ada yg samaan kayak alu ga..?
