Yep! 😬 up 1 kg- I got spoilt over the weekend for “Mother’s Day” - I allowed myself to indulge, its once a year!! I did end up having a few slices of the “Opera cake” I made in college, very much enjoyed and no guilt there 😋 Mother’s Day goes for the whole week for me!! 😜 Had a great weekend with my kids and family👍 I still haven’t been able to exercise because of my right knee, it does feel like it’s getting better though 🙏🏻 Back to eating healthier, chicken congee will be for dinner ☺️ yum yum
