早餐防彈可可
午餐茶葉蛋*2無糖冬片茶*1
晚餐鹽酥雞,披薩一片,蛋糕約重100g*1
51.2 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
