So happy with this result but also so hard to keep eating healthy when I have a slip day and that's when I lose.
Also trying hard to exercise which doesn't work well with a 3 month old.

Look for a Mom and Baby exercise class you can do together. I did Mom and Baby Aquafit and the instructor incorporated the babies into the exercises.
