mc5,昨天微斷食的一天,12點開會
早餐防彈可可400cc
午餐7-11起司熱狗+高纖無糖豆漿
晚餐6點不餓,強迫自己兩顆茶葉蛋,一顆去蛋黃
8:00下班啃了一小片馬可五穀麵包+起司一片
51.3 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
