my sister's wedding was this weekend so I expected a little weight gain with the amount of free food and alcohol on offer...a little disappointed it was this much weight gain though! oh well, back to it then 😐
76.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’d bet that a lot of this will be just be water weight. I’d drink a lot of water if the next few days and weigh in again 😊👍🏼x
