Super psyched about the new weigh-in, but i suspect a lot of it must be from dehydration, it's just so hot and humid this week, i can't keep up with all the water i need to be drinking. Besides, with all the wedding planning -- we still haven't chosen a venue! - i haven't had the time or will to exercise. But i'm sticking to my new eating choices, even though i haven't bothered entering my foods, I can tell i'm pretty much on track. I"ll start tracking my calories should it start to stall sometime in the future. Right now, there are just too many other things occupying my thoughts.
