昨天大破碳日∼還好沒有上升很多
早餐防彈咖啡
午餐肉燥乾麵🍜、滷菜
下午點心酵母紅豆冰🍧
晚餐約半碗白飯🍚,白肉燥(自滷)、菜類,一隻雞腿🍗
