起床後忙著用女鵝跟午餐
結果完全忘記要量體重這件事情
無奈之下變成這樣哈哈
不過體脂45.6!
72.2 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
