I made it through Phase 1. YEAH!!!!!!! Now I can add some pasta and some fruit. I am using the Smart Taste pasta by Ronzoni. It is regular pasta that has 6 gms of fiber in it. I love it and can't wait for lunch.

82.3 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg. Still to go: 21.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
