Okay well I haven't been doing what I should be doing for a while now. But now that the home life seems to have gotten back to a odd type of normal, I think I can finally focus on eating right and exercising. So again.....I wonder how many times I have said this....again we are starting this diet thing out new. Still with the same goals in mind as well we started this before, hopefully there will be no more drama to make me not eat and then eat entirely to much. So as of yesterday I went shopping and only got good for me stuff, although I did splurge and get bagels and creamcheese.....(ooopps) but I am going to try and be checking in at least once a day and the hubby finally wants to lose a bit too so that should make this just a little more easier.
