I'm doing so much better now. After doing my research I realized that my meals at night was to much due to the lack of movement to burn calories. I'm more active at work and seem to burn more calorie than before. Thank you all for your support and ideas that encouraged me. I'm so glad I chosed Fatsecret to help me with my weight loss. You all are so wonderful I thank God for each and everyone of you.

Yup eat your dinner at lunch and lunch at supper. I don't eat after 4:30pm and that has helped me, continued success Suszy!
