我之前一直卡重的時候,也一直懷疑自己的體重機是不是壞掉,因為是很便宜的小米體重機⋯⋯ 然後有天看到特價的陽春的歐姆龍,就決定買回家,堅決相信小米一定不準⋯⋯ 結果,秤出來是一樣的說⋯⋯ 覺得自己很北七⋯⋯ 😅😅🤣🤣

而且體重機的第一次量是不是都要先踩一下下來,讓他歸零再量啊?每次第一次量都會增加1公斤左右,第二、三次就正常了
