減肥使用這個fat secret App剛好一個禮拜 很開心的減重了1.3公斤 🤗🤗🤗 飲食:早餐 咖啡、堅果燕麥、豆漿、水果 午餐 一般中式午餐、盡量不吃飯 晚餐 水果、肉類、菜類、澱粉類減半 (有一餐是火鍋吃到飽真的開心😃) 運動:一個禮拜一堂Zumba, 兩堂抗力球健身運動 (加上無止境的家務🤣🤣🤣) 一開始的熱誠,真的乖乖地不吃零食☺️ 希望可以繼續保持❤️
