Thn 2021 bisa turun 2kg dalam 2 bulan cuma dengan kardio (jogging & HIIT) & monitor input kalori (maintenance di 1400-1600cal). (Tb/bb 158/56 —> 54kg)
Agustus 2022 - des 2022 dalam 5 bulan cuma turun 2,5kg dengan weight lifting & low impact cardio. Kalori maintenance di 1400-1600 klo dibarengi dengan gym makan segini jadi cutting kurleb 200-300cal.
Jadi, apakah lbh cepat turun bb dengan high impact cardio? Belum tentu. Saat kardio doang, massa otot ikut turun. Dengan weight lifting, mmg timbangan cuma turun 2,5kg dalam 5 bulan. Tapi gain Muscle kurleb 0,7kg.
lingkar pinggang turun dari 74cm —> 69,5cm.
Lingkar pinggul naik dari 94 —> 94,5cm (biasanya pinggang turun, pinggul juga ikut menyusut. Tapi karena weight lifting targeted glutes, jadi nambah massa otot di glutes.
Jadi silahkan pilih mau turun bb aja atau cutting fat, gain Muscle
