ada yang samaan nggak.. kalau nggak bisa tidur begini apalagi habis puasa seharian mending workout walaupun malam..
keringat lebih banyak keluar ternyataa :D

ini dia salah satu mknan fav diet aku yang bisa dibilng tinggi protein(mirip gado" yah)
1 porsi itu ada:
* 2 tahu kkus
*2 telur ceplok rebus (di tiriskan stlah matang )
* 1 ptong dada ayam di suir
sausnya pake saus sambal 2 sendok + tpung maizena 1 sdk

ini tadi makan siang sih,, mungkin karna pepesnya udah banyak jadi mau makan nasi jadi eneg.. tapi alhamdulillah gini aja udah bikin kenyang banget
