I want to share my experience so far with the zig zag diet. I started about a month and a half ago at 124kg and lost so far 6kg. How it works you put in your weight, size, age, sex and how active you are. It then gives you a two week schedule with different calorie intakes per day. You have 3 different grids, one for maintaining your current weight, weight loss and extreme weight loss. I'm on extreme weight loss. I do more or less 30 to 60min of workout 5 days a week and follow the schedule. The best part is that i've noticed my appetite decrease over the few weeks so it's been alot easier to follow the regiment.
