1. Jalan 1× 45 Menit sehari NONSTOP (tanpa keringat, tanpa capek, tanpe ngos ngosan)
2. Atur jadwal pola makanan yg sehat dan waktu makan (ONTIME)
3. Jangan konsumsi Gula, Tepung, Minyak, dan Santan.
4. Cheating = Narkoba
