Very hoit here in South Carolina today. Actually very hot all week and this coming week not much better. Keeping to plan and not have too much difficulty with temptation. Cheese is my downfall. Have to struggle not to have any. Plan to do this for 3 months this time. Then maintance to level off my wieght for a few weeks. In October plan to start again to lose remaining weight. Parying to reach goal weight end of January.

Finished first round of HCG diet in April and had lost 52.8 lbs in 4 months. Had to stop for a few weeks to let my body adjust to new weight, per doctors orders. Was traveling in April and June, so decided to weight till after returned from family reunion to begin next round. Started end of June.Had gained 8 lbs. during break from program. In the past 3 weeks have lost 13.6. First week back on program was very hard, cheated a few times. Am now back on track and happy to start losing again. Have lost 59 lbs so far. Only146.8 lbs to go. Having God as the center of prgram has put me back on track. Left Him out of the equation the first week was a mistake. He keeps me focused on the goal I am striving for.
