Day 3... trying to retrain my mind and body to stop thinking Food = Happiness.
I'm not as pumped about everything today due to the lack of sleep and stress I've been dealing with the past few days. I will fight through it though and hopefully get some sleep tonight. Thanks to all my new buddies for the friend requests. It's always nice to have others fighting the same fight :)

Day 1
Welp, I'm back at it again. Turns out calorie counting is the ONLY way I can maintain weight loss. Maybe one day it will all just click and I won't have to count calories, but that day has not come yet. Instead of beating myself up about the weight I've regained, I'm going to start fresh and hope that I can put my heart into this again.
Here's my new to do list:
install FS app on phone-- check
Start new profile-- check
weigh myself in the AM-- check
up my water intake-- check
charge BMF--
wear BMF--
payoff gym balance--
start going to the gym again!!--
use weights @ home--
zumba @ home--
