I am so stressed out. I am a teacher. Because of NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND, I have to take a bunch of classes to keep my job. I just moved to a new state, where I was given a list of new classes I had to take. Since money was tight in the fall, I signed up for Online classes for winter break. two of my classes have been cancelled, and the other one, the professor has not made any contact with me at all, and it started last week!! I have already emailed him three times. I am so stressed out, I have to FINISH these classes by March, and it's already almost January. If I don't take these classes, I will lose my job, and my husband and I will be broke. I cried all night last night, and I almost called in sick to work. I am so stressed out about this, I can't even eat.
Grrrr.. How can colleges do this!

I have seem to have one reason or another to not stick to this diet. First I was sick, then I had thanksgiving, then I got sick again... But I stepped on the scale and was surprised I still lost 5 pounds. I started the diet again today, and I am hoping I will continue to see the scale go down.

Hello everyone. I have not been here much. I got a really bad cold, and was miserable for over a week and a half. I have not followed the plan at all. I am not going over board, but I have been eating lots of Chicken Noodle Soup, (With crackers) and drinking lots and lots and lots of juice. I also started to frequent a place called Jamba Juice (Fruit smoothies) for a "COLD BUSTER" drink. I do a weigh in on Monday, and I am sure I just gained back all the weight I lost, which is only five pounds but still. I am hoping by Monday, I will be able to "wash" the sodium and sugar out of my body, but we will see.

Have you ever noticed that whenever you start a diet, there is free food all around? I had a meeting at work, that included pizza and soda. I caved in. I had a small piece of pizza, and a slice of garlic bread, I also had salad with ranch dressing. That is not even the worse part. After I had all that, I thought "I already went off the diet, I might as well as a frappachino too." So I stopped by the local starbucks and had a Chai Cream frappachino. It was Yummy.
I actually didn't gain weight like I expected, rather, I lost a pound. It's weird how our bodies act sometimes.
Losing weight, one day at a time! :D

I was down to 173 on saturday morning. I went to Taco bell last night with my husband. I did order from our restaurant guide, and had 2 hard shell tacos, however i did gain 2 pounds this morning. It's a new day to start over again.
