I am a quitter. I only had a little weight to lose to get to my goal. I exercised, watched what I ate very carefully, and I gained weight. So I'm giving up for now. Not even going to try. Maybe when things settle down with work and such I'll come back and maybe have something positive to update. Right now I'm so stressed over work and not losing weight/body fat I don't even want to deal with it any more. And I'm definitely looking for another job since my job involved fitness/weightloss. I can't keep being supportive of others losing weight and seeing myself have no change for the better.

Yesterday was an easier paced day so today I have to remember to do at least a thirty minute cardio workout, and I'll see what Yoga Today has. One day I'll make it thorugh an entire yoga workout. Usually I only make half an hour if there's a lot of strength work to it.

Holding steady. Trying to see a change for the better. Yesterday I did a half hour of yoga and I'm feeling it today. Did the Sun Salutations A and B and my arms and legs feel like I was weight lifting. OK. I was lifting 155 pounds up and down. :-) Also did a half hour WATP Walk and Kick. I may go do another one now. I don't want to do anything too sweaty since I already took a shower and it'll give me a way to pass the time while doing laundry.

My weight is fluctuating up and down right now. Cooking a lot for Christmas and I've had a raging sweet tooth! Must resist!
Just finished half an hour of a one hour yoga program. I realized I was just too tired to keep going. To give myself some credit I did strip the top off an old metal table this morning and had to scrape and clean off the binder and goo left on top. That has to count for something.
I need to get back in the exercise habit. I used to be so great about it, doing at least 45 minutes of intense sweaty exercise every day. Then work kind of took over and my schedule got outa wack and I didn't take the time to set a new schedule and stick to it. Guess that will be my New Year's Resolution which I need to get started on now!
Of course in the new year my schedule will be even crazier. Work problems are coming up and I'm hoping not to let the financial problems overwhelm me.
