I've been on a diet for 2 days. My history of losing and gaining weight is a long story since I was 21.
Today I'm 35, and this is the fattest I've been.
It's been a long battle with myself to come to terms about what I actually have to do to change my life and be a healthier person. I have to do it for my toddler daughter, I have to do it for my husband and my family, but most importantly, I have to do it for myself. I've done it before but this time it's been pretty hard.
I discovered Crossfit 4 years ago. During my pregnancy I stopped completely working out because I had a high risk pregnancy. After that, I resumed Crossfit on September 2017.
If you think you can't work out because you are too fat, you're wrong, you can do it.
My knees are completely fucked up and I still Crossfit because I have very nice coaches who modifies every routine for me, and it helps me a lot because I actually work out very motivated.
I hope I can keep on track.
