Life has been hectic and chaotic but it has a positive side. I've lost weight. Not as much time to sit and eat! :)

The last couple of days have been better. Eating less, no cheese, starting to maybe get interested in counting points. I feel better.

Did OK today until dinner. Didn't have anything to take to work so ate from the buffet leftovers from the meeting. Buffets are a downfall for me. Free food, already prepared. It was healthy food, but high calories and I didn't use any will-power on the salad dressing and cookies. Oh well, tomorrow's another day. At least I walked one mile today.
Haven't started keeping track of points yet. I really don't want to. I wish there was a way to do it here, like on the WW site. Laziness. I'll get inspired pretty soon. :)

Walked a mile this morning and one this afternoon after work. Portion sizes a little less today. Need to go shopping for vegetables! Dinner is my downfall. By evening I'm tired and want a good meal. It feels like a reward for hard work. Have to find some other reward! Ate one oatmeal/raisin cookie at work. It was just sitting there calling my name. Took one brownie but let it sit on my desk and did not eat it. I feel good about that. Two days and counting...
