Today I walked 1 mile bc my legs seemed real sore from yesterday. I walked 2 miles and one lap. I am adding more exercise to my weight loss. I found a great snack...SKINNY COW candy for chocolate cravings. I bought it at Krogers and it is great! Good luck everyone! Let me know if I can be any help to anyone.

I decided to take a trip to see my bf in New Orleans and I couldnt eat as much as I used. The food there is too spicy for my stomach so fruit, water and subway was my friend. I back now and ready to continue. I hope everyone is doing fine! Let's do this!

I did not get a chance to record my weigh in last week but i just recorded it today. I dont understand sometimes about this weight loss thing because the scale I can really tell in my clothes some weight has been lost. I used to not like looking at myself in the mirror because I didnt like what I saw but now I am beginning to like it. I find myself make changes in what i eat and what time i eat it. I hope everyone is doing ok.. If anyone need any support im here! GOOD LUCK!
