makan banyak boleh gak.....?
tentu boleh, asalkan yg kmu makan bkn malah tambah lemak melainkan tambah utk massa otot mu.
yg kmu makan juga harus konsisten dgn olahrgamu, goblok menyiksa(diet) dgn gak makan seharian.
