sarapan 1 piring mungil dg banana oat, terong belanda & 5 kacang sangrai. Siang malem masih rutin makan nasi, selang seling nasi merah / nasi putih dg lauk suka2. ALhamdulilah masih bisa turun bb, dr 60kg menjadi 58kg dalam waktu 2 minggu.
