I looked back at my journal entries and I'm amazed I consistently find myself in this weight neighborhood. About 2.5 years ago I made it down to 144 but after some deaths in the family that caused severe depression, I'm back here. My doc decided to prescribe me Weygovy to help my lose some of this; I'm almost 57 now, my knees and back constantly hurt and I gotta get my ass in gear. I hope all who read this (including me!) find success.
