Yuk mari sarapan sehat dg Green Smoothies~
- Bayam
- Apel
- Pisang
- Nanas
- Air mineral
utk takaran bs disesuaikan yah, sesuai selera.. utk air biasanya aku pkai 3:1 artinya 3 di sayur, 1 di airnya tnp disaring.

Dinner pengennya yg seger² 😍 dikulkas cuman ada sikuning langsung potong² ga pakek lama..
Batas Dinner sebetulnya sampai jam 7 aja yah temen², cuman aku td telat dinner gara² ngaji dulu hihi
cr siasatin telat dinner biasanya aku minum air hangat dulu 1ltr
