target awal 50kg (dari 53/54), pas udh nyentuh 50kg brenti olahraga angkat beban krna nyeri dibokong (dicurigai HNP) skrg olahraga sehari hari cuma brenang aja 30mnt-1 jam selama 1 minggu, eh bb malah trun ke 48. berenang se pengaruh itu gais, pdhl makan mulai melenceng ke makanan kotor

skoliosis ringan dipinggang boleh angkat beban ga ya, kata dokter skoliosisnya masih aman tp lupa tanya boleh angkat beban/ngga
ga ada perubahan di fisik tp klo olahraga apapun selalu yg pegel pinggang duluan
btw aku tb 158 bb 50 ya, bukan obesitas
