Today is going well. Started out eating my outmeal and woke up taking my pills. Worked out last night with my daughter. Going to with al my kids tonight.

This weekend was a little tough on me. Sunday I did eat some meat it wsa fish and chicken in my salad. I just wanted to jazz it up a bit. Well today is the big day I am going to California. I should be able to eat healthy there so I am not worried. Stay away from bad carbs and stick with bean, fruits and vegetables. I pray this week that I can lose 2 more a pounds to make my first 10 pound goal. God can help me it's the God in me that will be stronger that the rest of me. My husband and sister say they can already see the diffrence in me. I will continue till I can really see it myself. I am more than a conqueror.

Well today I didn't feel as good about the diet as I have been because I cheated just a little last night. But I still lost a pound which is still cool. My sister just told me she lost 10 pounds, I am so very proud of her. I woke up this morning and eat my oatmeal, apple, and no fat milk. I made me a great tofu meal last night which I will be eating for lunch today. Steamed carrots, broccoli and cauliflower with tofu. It was really good. I even shared with my children and they liked it as well. I feel blessed and happy that I can still continue this diet until I get to 155. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me....

Yesterday I feel I had a great PT day throughout the day I followed the diet to a tea. I had a little extra smoothie than I should of had but I think that won't kill. I don't think overeating on fruit and ice and yogurt ever made anyone who works out fat. I feel good about myself. I see my partern is loosing weight and I am so very happy for him. He also told me he we not taking his diabetes medicine as much as he used to since he had been on this diet with me. I burned about 500 calories last night. I praise the Lord that my run was so easy. I am never have run that easily ever. I felt like I was running on air. That was exciting. I just love what the Lord is doing for my PT program. I know I will do it this time. No DOUBT ABOUT IT...
