So excited when jumped on the scales! First time in months I could get off that dreaded 77kgs. Now back to pre pregnancy weight. Looking forward to keeping it up :)

Have been so slack with weight loss, need to stop making excuses and get back on track. Haven't lost any more after having our baby, still sitting at 77kg. Need to make healthy choices as I still need to be eating regular to keep milk supply up.

Happy with this as we have all been sick and haven't been out much this last week walking.
Breastfeeding definitely helps with losing weight. Still struggling to keep my calories under.

How often do people weigh in? Like once a week? Don't want to do it to often and then feel disappointed that I'm not losing anything.
Cold wet weather here the last couple of days so haven't managed to get out with bubz for our usual walks
