I've started week two of induction diet. I did real well this weekend, although had some strong temptations. I did go to the grocery lastnight and picked up a few things that might ward them off.
I bought the diet cream soda to fix a float made with crushed ice and heavy whipping cream. I have'nt tried it yet. Probably will later today. As far as my weight in I had only lost 1 lb. I had come down a little in my measurements and may I add in strange places and some not at all. What's up with that?

Today is day 5 of the induction stage. I've did pretty good the first four days, but day 5 has been a kicker for me. I ate my usual eggs and bacon for breakfast. They just didn't seem to fill me up. So, I've been grazing all afternoon. Nothing with carbs though. I hope there's not many of these days on this diet. I've been so pleased with the weight I've lost so far. The only problem I've had so far is some terrible headaches.

Today is day 4 on the A-diet for me and I'm seem to be doing great! I'm sticking to the induction diet to the letter with one execption. I continue to have my usual two alcoholic drinks in the evening. They consist of 2 0z. vodka and mixed with lemon water and 1 pkg. artificial sweetner. So far it doesn't seem to interfere with my weight loss. I've lost 11 lbs. But, I do understand this is only the first week of this diet and people tend to lose more during the first week. The week that follows may show different results.

bust:38-1/2in. I've lost total 1/2 inches.
waist:43-in.
hips:42-1/4
thighs:23in.

I actually started the A- diet on July 30, 2007; but only subscribed to my fatsecret yesterday. So there's no misunderstanding I did'nt lose 11 lbs in one day. It's actually been 4 days.
