What a wonderful time to get sick!! I kind of knew this would happen and I felt it coming on. The weather here has been unusually warm in the low 70's so I knew I was in for it. I haven't been exercising as much as I'd like to but I just don't have the energy and I definitely can't do it with a stuffy nose.
I checked my weight this morning and I've lost more weight but just not as much as I'd like. I blame it all on my cold because my eating habits have been perfect! I told myself that I would weigh in only once a week but I just couldn't help myself. I will weigh in again on Sunday.

I'm so sleepy today...but I still have to workout tonight. Last night I didn't do what I planned to do but still exercised. I'm okay with that as long as I got some activity in. I feel like I need a nice long vacation right about now. I'm glad today is hump day!

I planned on working out last night but I had so much going on. I felt drained and I didn't want to get burned out so soon. But I will definitely work out tonight. I still ate really well and I'm especially proud of that.....the kids brought home so much candy!!
