Nasi goreng tanpa minyak dg topping Ayam, telur, timun dan tomat +-470kal. Super kenyang, enak dan sehat. JANGAN pernah mikir kalo diet itu artinya makan yang hambar dan kelaparan.

Ada yg masih olahraga di bulan Ramadhan ini?Share dong :))
Hr ke3 Ramadhan ini, aku br nambahin HIIT stlh cardio biasa kmrn2. Pas non Ramadhan, aku bisa sampe 40' HIIT, 30' cardio. Tapi hr ini, baru HIIT 20' perutku mual. Akhirnya tak stop, Sedih banget :((. Aku butuh banget saran..
