breakfast-lunch. sekitar 330 cals apa ya.. btw ada yg punya ide enaknya pinggiran roti gandum dibikin apa? aku ga doyan pinggirannya jadi tiap kali makan harus dibuang. kan sayang. ada yg punya ide?
