Today is starting out okay. I ate some yogurt and fresh fruit for breakfast. This is day 6 on my diet. Tomorrow is my weigh in and honestly am very nervous!! Hoping to lose a decent amount of weight. Been working really hard at eating well. I am joining the gym tomorrow to add in exercise. Will feel good to be healthy in a few months. I am shooting for 10lbs of weightloss per month. I feel like it is reasonable and hopefully I can do it. Wish me luck!

Today was a bit tough. Seemed to be hungry all day. My weekly weigh-in will be this Monday. I can tell I have lost some weight, am hoping for at least 5lbs. I know the first week of any diet you tend to lose the most, hoping for a big number!! Hope everyone is on track and sticking with it. Good luck and good night to all!
