Today, I didn't focus on a balanced menu. I did go shopping for vegetables. I can only use half of the space in my refrigerator, I share it with my son. Only half of the freezer, one and a half shelves, and one bin. I'm going to focus on having protein for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with some kind of vegetables and fruit. I have a lot of errands this week, so I will have my Fitbit tracker on to track all my steps. As the weather gets warmer the seasonal fruits are at their peak. I also want to work on upper body exercises for toning. I have two 32oz bottles and this will be my 64oz of water daily. I will also make banana ice cream, it can be so refreshing. I also want to use/view the Richard Simmons Dancing to the Oldies Video. This is the plan, hope it goes well.

Today, 6/03/2022, I'm restarting my weight loss journey. I'm hoping this site includes good tracking of both food and exercises of all kinds. I will include arm, dance, and walking exercises. I will include daily ups and downs and honest reporting to see what's negative and positive. Small changes are better than doing nothing. I have tried the paying programs, and I did lose weight, but my finances shrunk. I intend to check out this entire site to truly see how it works.

I started getting serious on July 30, 2021, I weighed 224 lbs,it has been six months. I'm now 196.4 lbs. A weight loss of 27.6 lbs. I feel good with the changes I've made, but need more exercises for upper body and lower body. This is what I will focus on trying to stay steady and consistent.

I'm 67 years old, Type 2 Diabetes. I can only control my diabetes with medication, exercise, and food. The right way. Every exercise I can't do, but walking I like. I really started my journey on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 222 lbs. I'm trying to understand that losing to fast is the wrong way. consistency is the right way. Portion control, water intake, exercise is key. Today, I'm at 200 lbs and feeling good.
